1. No Return & No Refund Policy -

All purchases made on Hiyavi are considered final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including:

  • A change of mind after placing an order.
  • Personal preferences regarding the design, size, colour, or appearance of the jewellery.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Orders placed by mistake.
  • Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, specifications, and sizing information before completing their purchase.

2. Order Cancellation -

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation requests may be accommodated before the order is dispatched, subject to applicable law and the order’s processing status.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible through our standard process. This does not affect any cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law.

3. Jewellery Care & Natural Characteristics -

Sterling silver jewellery requires appropriate care to maintain its appearance.

Natural tarnishing, gradual changes in shine, or wear resulting from use and improper storage are not automatically considered manufacturing defects. However, genuine product defects will be assessed individually.
