Jewellery Size Guide

Please review the measurements and sizing information on each product page before ordering. Dimensions and fit can vary between designs.

Rings -

If you already own a ring that fits the intended finger, measure its internal diameter and compare it with the measurements provided for your chosen piece.

Bracelets and necklaces -

Use a flexible measuring tape to check your preferred fit and compare it with the listed length. Check the product details for any adjustment or extender information.

Personal sizing help -

Unsure which size to choose? Contact shop.hiyavijewelry@gmail.com before ordering. Do not assume a piece is adjustable unless its product information says so.

Returns & Exchanges

Last updated: 11 October 2026

At Hiyavi, every piece of jewellery is chosen with care and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase you make with us.

As our jewellery is designed to be treasured and worn close to you, we follow a limited return and refund policy to maintain product hygiene, quality, and authenticity.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return & No Refund Policy -

All purchases made on Hiyavi are considered final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including:

• A change of mind after placing an order.
• Personal preferences regarding the design, size, colour, or appearance of the jewellery.
• Incorrect product selection by the customer.
• Orders placed by mistake.
• Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, specifications, and sizing information before completing their purchase.

2. Order Cancellation -

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation requests may be accommodated before the order is dispatched, subject to applicable law and the order’s processing status.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible through our standard process. This does not affect any cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law.

3. Jewellery Care & Natural Characteristics -

Sterling silver jewellery requires appropriate care to maintain its appearance.

Natural tarnishing, gradual changes in shine, or wear resulting from use and improper storage are not automatically considered manufacturing defects. However, genuine product defects will be assessed individually.

Please follow the jewellery care instructions provided by Hiyavi.
